Finding help is simple.
As a Member, you browse and book directly — choosing the Companion and service that's right for you.
Create Your Profile
Download the app and sign up as a Member. Add your name, address, and preferences & comfort details — favourite activities, food preferences for Meal Prep visits, pets in your home, and anything that helps your Companion make every visit feel personal.
Browse Services
Explore the seven services available through Xtralp — Social Support, Reading Companion, Game & Activity Partner, Garden Help, Home Tidying, Meal Prep, and Holiday Decoration. Each listing shows clear scope.
You Book Directly
Select a verified Companion near you, review their profile and ratings, and book your visit. Payment is collected at the time of booking. No surprises.
Enjoy Your Visit
Your Companion arrives ready to help. After the visit, leave a rating and build an ongoing relationship with Companions you love.
Offer your time. Set your schedule. Make a real difference.
Offer your time as an independent Companion — earn flexible income or volunteer in your community, on your own schedule.
Apply on the App
Sign up as a Companion and complete the onboarding form. Upload your ID (front & back) and share your availability and the services you'd like to offer.
Background Check
Read and sign the Background Check Authorization. Identity verification and screening are handled securely by our trusted partners — we never store sensitive documents.
Get Approved
Our team reviews your application. You'll receive an email within 2–3 business days. Once approved, your profile goes live and Members can book you directly.
Mark Arrival & Complete Visits
When you arrive, tap "I've Arrived" in the app to start the visit timer. When the visit ends, tap "Visit Complete." For paid Companions, this records your time and triggers your payment — you're paid for the time you're actually with the Member. For volunteers, this confirms your visit and keeps your visit history updated.

Care Circle lets family members and trusted friends stay connected and book visits for a loved one — together, all from one app.
Create a Circle Account
Download the app, sign up, and select Care Circle. Enter your details and contact information.
Set Up Your Loved One's Profile
Add their name, address, and preferences. This helps Companions personalise every visit.
Invite Circle Members
Add trusted family members or friends to the Care Circle. Specify their relationship and set their access level.
Book & Stay Connected
Anyone in the Care Circle can book visits on your loved one's behalf. View upcoming visits, stay informed, and keep everyone in the loop — all in one app.
