Member Books You
A Member finds your profile and books a visit directly. You'll receive a notification and can accept or decline based on your availability.
Arrive & Tap "I've Arrived"
When you arrive at the Member's location, tap "I've Arrived" in the app. This starts the visit timer and lets the Member know you're there.
Complete the Visit
Spend quality time with the Member — whether it's a conversation, a game, meal prep, or tidying. Stay within the agreed service scope.
Tap "Visit Complete" & Wrap Up
When the visit ends, tap "Visit Complete." This stops the timer and triggers your payment — you're paid for the time you were actually with the Member. Volunteers receive a visit confirmation instead.

Create Your Profile
Download the app and sign up as a Companion. Add your details, availability, and the services you'd like to offer.
Upload Your ID
Upload a clear photo of the front and back of your government-issued photo ID. Required for identity verification.
Background Check
Read and digitally sign the Background Check Authorization. Screening is handled by our trusted partner — we never store your sensitive data.
Get Approved
Our team reviews your application within 2–3 business days. Once approved, your profile goes live and Members can book you directly.
