Application Process

How to become a Companion.

Our vetting process ensures a trustworthy experience for everyone on the platform.

Create Your Profile

Download the app and sign up as a Companion. Add your personal details, availability, and the services you'd like to offer.

Upload Your ID

Upload a clear photo of the front and back of your government-issued photo ID or driver's licence. This is required for verification.

Background Check

Read and digitally sign the Background Check Authorization and Disclosure. Screening is conducted by our trusted partner — we never store your sensitive data.

Get Approved

Our team reviews your application. You'll receive an email within 2–3 business days. Once approved, your profile goes live and you can start accepting bookings.

      Note on Application Status: After submitting, you'll see a confirmation screen in the app. Your dashboard will show your current status (Pending, Approved, or if further action is needed). You'll also receive email updates throughout the process.

Game & Activity Partner

Cards, board games, puzzles. Games and materials provided by the Member.

$28–$35/hr

Companionship

Friendly visits, walks, conversations, and meaningful one-on-one time.

$35–$40/hr

Home Cleaning & Tidying

Light tidying — dishes, surface wiping, and vacuuming one room.

$28–$35/hr

Light Plant/Garden Help

Watering, weeding, potting — no lawn mowing or heavy landscaping.

$37–$45/hr

Meal Prep Together

Light cooking and kitchen clean-up. Cooking side by side, NOT FEEDING.
