Search "Xtralp" in the Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store (Android). The app is free to download. Once installed, choose your role — Member, Companion, or Care Circle — and complete your profile.

Anyone who needs everyday non-medical support. This includes older adults, people recovering from surgery, busy professionals, students, and anyone who could use a helping hand at home or with everyday activities.

After creating your Member profile, browse available services, pick a time, and select a companion from available companions near you. You can book a one-time visit or set up recurring appointments directly in the app.

Yes! You can browse companion profiles, read their bios, and check their ratings before booking. If you have a companion you love, you can request them specifically for future visits.

You can cancel or reschedule bookings through the app. Please refer to our cancellation policy in the app for details on notice periods and any applicable fees.

After you submit your application, our team reviews it and you'll receive an email update within 2–3 business days. Your application status is also visible in your companion dashboard inside the app.

You'll need to upload clear photos of the front and back of a valid government-issued photo ID. You'll also need to read and sign a Background Check Authorization. We do not collect Social Security Numbers — identity verification is handled securely by our trusted partners.

Payments are processed securely through the app after each completed visit. Payout details are set up during your application — handled through our trusted payment partner. You can track your earnings in the app.

Absolutely. You choose your availability and only accept bookings that work for your schedule. Xtralp works around you — whether you want part-time work or a fuller schedule.

Yes — that's exactly what Care Circle is for. You can invite multiple trusted family members or friends to the circle, each with their own app access, so care coordination is shared and everyone stays informed.

No. As a Care Circle manager, you can set up and manage all aspects of their care on their behalf. They don't need their own account or app access unless they want one.

You can add any trusted person — spouse, child, sibling, friend, niece, nephew, or any other relationship. When adding someone, simply select their relationship from the list or choose "Other" and type in your specific connection.
